First we had a tour of the Aviva Stadium. Our tour guide showed us around the rooms and we watched a mini clip of the demolition and reconstruction of the stadium. Then we explored the stands, the dressing rooms and the press area.I took lots of pictures. After we had finished our tour, the organisers from Show Racism The Red Card announced the results of the projects. We were runners up. We received a plaque and a blue digital camera. Also we won a raffle prize and accepted a ball signed by Shamrock Rovers. I had a brilliant day at the Aviva Stadium and I hope I can go back soon!

My Trip to the Aviva Stadium.
Yesterday we went to the Aviva Stadium. We had to wake up at 6:20 because the bus was leaving at 7:00. It was a pretty boring two and a half / three hour trip, but we managed to keep ourselves occupied. When we got there we got a tour of the stadium. Then we went into a room which had some entertainment. It was a magician. He was really funny. Then we listened to some speeches and had a Question and Answer session. Following that we had a raffle and we won a football signed by the Shamrock Rovers team. We won runner-up prize! We got a plaque and a digital camera. I had a great day. We stopped at Apple green on the way back home to have lunch.

My trip to the Aviva Stadium
One day I went to Dublin on the school bus with my class and Joe our bus driver. On the way we stopped at a place called Apple Green, a cafe and restaurant and playground. The teacher let us play in the playground for twenty minutes and after that we were on our way again. By now I would say you are asking why we were going to the Aviva Stadium and here is the answer: our school entered a competition called SHOW RACISM THE RED CARD and we were invited to the Aviva stadium in Dublin. When we got there we all ran inside. Then we got a tour of the stadium with our guide Sam. He showed us around the different places like the practice court and the pools. We saw the pitch but we were not allowed to go on it but we were allowed to go to the top stand. It was so high. Then the tour was over and we took the massive lift down (IT CAN HOLD 56 PEOPLE!!!). When we got there, there was a comedian/magician who was entertaining a crowd of pupils. After a while it was time to announce the winners. We were very lucky that we got a prize. We won a digital camera, plaque and a certificate. After that there was a raffle and we won a football that was signed by the Shamrock Rovers team. Then we got on the bus and went home. The bus was late and so we came home at quarter to six.By Rasmus
