On the 12th of April our class third, fourth and fifth went to the Aviva stadium in Dublin. The weather was sunny up in Dublin but it was raining in Galway.Joe very kindly took the pleasure to take us to the Aviva. We had to be at the school at ten to seven that means we had to be out of bed at six o'clock. We left the school at seven o'clock and we got there at ten o'clock. When we arrived there was a man called Sam who was going to be our tour guide for the day.Sam showed us the dressing rooms, the bathrooms which had a hot tub and the pitch. We met another man who was the goalkeeper from Shamrock Rovers. While we were there, they said that Kilcolgan Educate together had won a prize and that we were one of seven runners up. When the awards were over there was a raffle and Seans number was pulled out of the hat. He chose the football which had been signed by the Shamrock Rovers team. Shortly after it was time to leave and we headed back to the bus. We stopped at Apple Green to have some food and headed home to Galway.
