Review; Foxes

Foxes are beautiful animals, rarely seen at day. They are related to wolves, although they are smaller and are a rusty red colour. They live in dens called earths, where they have their cubs. They are wild animals and they fight for a mate. People kill them for their furs which they make into coats. The farmers also lay out snares for them in Spring to stop them hunting their lambs. For a time, it seemed like foxes faced extinction. But now, thankfully, their numbers have increased. They are one of my favourite animals and I am glad they have survived. It must have been very hard for the species and many were killed. I hope they will survive in the future.
