Facts about birds.

Birds are not mammals, because they lay eggs. Birds have lots of feathers. I had two pet birds. One was white and I named it Snowy. The other was brown and I named it Charlie. Both birds were finches. My mom bought me the birds. Birds live in trees. Birds build nests out of sticks, leaves and moss. Swallows migrate to warmer places such as Africa during the Winter. Birds eat berries, insects, bread and worms. Some are extinct such as the Moa and the Dodo. Birds lay different coloured eggs and are often different sizes. I don't have a favorite bird.
